Many of our guests barely set foot beyond the deck, their Hideaway haven has it all, should you wish to venture further than your secluded National Trust accommodation you need not go far, guests are issued with complementary passes and maps to the 800 year old National Trust Buckland Abbey Gardens and 700acre estate to explore.
The Kitchen garden, Herb Garden, Wild Garden, Elizabethan Garden and rolling lawns and boarders of the Main Abbey Gardens offer a sensory experience year round and to explore them once all the visitors have gone home and they are exclusively yours is a real pleasure of enjoying secluded accommodation at Buckland Abbey.
The wider estate offers tracks and trails winding through the woodland where butterfly habitats, door mouse conservation, rewilding and the gentle touch offer an oasis of calm, and all the nourishment of green therapy.
